Can you please tell me and send the template to make these saddle shoes? having a hard time finding a template. thank you

I cannot locate the template file at this time – if I do, I will surely forward it to you. I googled “men’s shoe pattern” and only found one – and it was written in german! I did make alterations to the pattern to create my shoes. You may even want to google “sneakers”.
